A Colorado reporter attempts to question Ward Churchill about the alleged fake art and appears to get hit or shoved. Here's the transcript and video:
CBS4 Colorado Reporter Raj Chohan:
Reporter: "Mr. Churchill, I'd like to ask you about your..."
Churchill: "Get your camera out of my face."
Reporter: "This is an artwork you called Winter Attack, it looks like it was based on a Thomas Mails (inaudible). It looks like you ripped it off. Can you tell us about that?"
*shoving - pushing*
Reporter: "Sir, that's assault, you can't do that. Can I ask you about this..."
Churchill: "You're not allowed to grab me by my arm."
Reporter: "Sir, we didn't touch you"

Ward Churchill is some kind of nut bag and the 200 professors who bought a full page ad defending him are the nuts that go inside the bag.
I think the State should cut off the funding to those departments that are represented by these mixed nuts. I surely would not want my tax dollars spawning this kind of "education".
What a whacky man, and to think there are so many more like him in "academia"- As an artist myself, I am apalled that he is not even original- in his artwork or even in his thoughts--- I think the Nazis were the first to have his spewings.

Thank you thank you thank you. The nation should be outraged at this. How can we get it played over and over on the Liberal Media? We can't because the Loony Liberal Leftists (LLL) won't allow it. I think if everyone could see this kind of outrage our movement would have a lot of new recruits. I'm calling everyone to tell them to see it. It's one of the worst things I've ever seen. Let's hound this guy until he does the right thing -- leaves America.

Chutch was demonstrating the left-hand sideways Mohawk chop he developed as a member of the Army Special Forces Motor Pool and Press Office. He used it many times to great affect when the Viet Cong attacked him as he sat writing Special Forces press releases at the IBM Selectric typewriter with the special th character later sent to a Texas ANG unit as the war was winding down.
Later, during the war, it was rumored that a CIA agent, often referred to as "The Chief" because of his rumored Native American ancestry but never clearly seen because of a floppy jungle hat he wore, used that left handed Mohawk chop to disable an entire platoon of VC that tried to stop him and a gallant Navy lieutenant on a mission to deliver needed supplies to the Khmer Rouge. By then, rumor has it, "The Chief" realized that the entire US military in Viet Nam was a bunch of "Little Eichmanns", and he decided to promote the causes of international revolutionary socialism by helping the Navy officer supply a revolutionary army in Cambodia a year before they ever took the field.
Of course, that is about the time that "The Chief" attracted the attention of the CIA, as he had apparently told people his mission into Cambodia was authorized by The Company. A young CIA case officer, who had earned his stripes in Chile by overthrowing the Allende government, known only by the initials "KR", was put on the case, and has been working to thwart the Chief's valiant efforts to expose the entire US system as being controlled by Gestapo officers who escaped to Argentina in 1946 and then captured a young Richard M Nixon, brainwashed him, and then returned him to the US to begin the process of establishing a Fourth Reich.
It is all very obvious, if you examine the clues.

If you pause the video about halfway through, where Churchill shoves the paper over the camera lens for the second time, you can see he's holding a newspaper. The headline reads:
'I am not' Native American, says Churchill

Everyone wants to know whether Churchill can be dismissed. Most likely he will be asked to resign once he has embarassed his employers suffficiently that they feel funding and/or their own jobs are in jeopardy. This tape probably affects both factors. However, consider that now, at least, we know where this guy is and what he is doing. If he loses his job and drops from sight, who knows how he'll choose to direct his anger?

He didn't come anywhere near the sort of bitch-slapping the fox propagandist deserves for hanging out at his place of work with some half-assed questions about some cheesy silkscreen. Hardly merits the 'attack' scare headline.
