Video: Boxer- Filibuster on table for John Bolton

Wow! Hardball with Chris Matthews makes his 2nd (I think) appearance at Jackson's Junction. Well... It did take (D) Sen. Barbara Boxer to make it happen.

In this clip, Boxer explains that the filibuster is 'on the table' to be used against John Bolton. I'm not surprised. In the history of the position, we have never had one nominee for UN Ambassador not get confirmed and not only could we be facing the first (thanks, Dems!), according to Boxer, they're prepared to pull out their favorite 'protect the minority' card: The filibuster.
