Video: Malkin- "We live in a de-facto sanctuary nation"

Jackson's Junction: Video Blogging...

Tamar Jocaby from the Manhattan Institute made the mistake of going on In the Heartland with John Kasich to debate Michelle Malkin on illegal immigrants and wanted cop killer Raul Garcia Gomez.

Let's just say... quick KO! Do your homework Ms. Jacoby if you are going to debate Michelle Malkin in her area of expertise.

Update:

This has been one busy day for Michelle! How does she do it all?

If you missed Michelle's earlier appearance on Weekend Live, you can watch it HERE.

It is sad to see that this problem is still being "debated." When is congress going to wake up, smell the roses (of the dead) and actually implement something productive?

It's amazing that somebody from the Manhattan Institute, which I presume is actually in Manhattan, has learned nothing from the success that Rudy Giuliani and William Bratton had in reducing murder, armed robbery, etc., by prosecuting offenses far less major than illegal immigration.

I'm not in favor of raids on populations of suspected illegal immigrants (seems to me that there are some Fourth Amendment issues there), but, if somebody pulled over for a traffic violation produces a driver's license from any foreign country, he should be required to produce proof that he's in the country illegally. That applies to any misdemeanor or, of course, felony, as well.
